What is Sortid?
Sortid is an on-demand home cook service. We send verified and trained cooks to your doorstep - in 15 minutes - to cook fresh meals right in your own kitchen. No tiffin boxes, no delivery, no reheating. Just real home-cooked food, made fresh while you relax.
How do I book a cook?

How quickly does a cook arrive after confirmation?
Within 15 minutes of confirmation. That's the promise.
What times are cooks available?
Currently 7am to 9pm, seven days a week, in Sector 49, Gurgaon and nearby areas. Book anytime within that window - your cook arrives within 15 minutes of confirmation.

PRICING & PREP
What are the available slots and pricing?
We have three slots: 60 min at ₹199 (complete meal for 2-4 people), 90 min at ₹299 (full family meal with variety), and 120 min at ₹349 (full spread for guests). You can also add 15 extra minutes to any slot for ₹69.
What do I need to have ready before the cook arrives?
Groceries, and if you're cooking rajma, chole or kabuli chana - pulses soaked in advance. The cook handles the rest from there.
CANCELLATIONS & SUPPORT
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just message us on WhatsApp. We're flexible - cancellations and reschedules are free if done with reasonable notice.
